​"Our daughter joined the vocational programme in September 2024, having begun earlier that year in the 10 hour a week programme.  She had realised that at this school she was improving so fast and the teaching is at such a high level, we all decided she would move up to the vocational programme.  

She only got serious about a dance career at 15, and this school has surpassed all our expectations. Nicola is an excellent teacher - she expects nothing less than total commitment from her dancers and has the highest expectations.

Nicola is very approachable, kind and supportive.  She creates a hardworking and fun learning environment.  She creates a great respectful atmosphere amongst the group, and gets the highest quality teachers in, as well as creating wonderful opportunities for her group to do different workshops with other dance teachers, for example, Acosta and Jasmin Vardimon.

We were surprised, excited and shocked at how she went from part-time and casual to a committed, dedicated and knowledgable dancer, and was able to learn so much in a very short space of time at Nicola Tarry's. 

Because of studying here, our daughter has been supported and encouraged to apply for top schools, got through to final auditions and has received an 18+ offer to study at Rambert".
